I created TAM Fitness so that I could bring fitness and yoga sessions to individuals and small groups who don’t like the gym/studio environment. You will be able to train in the comfort of your own home and can choose between in-person or live video sessions.
I understand that without a trainer to guide and motivate you, it is easy to find excuses to miss a workout or yoga session. In fact, the biggest challenge for most people when it comes to exercise is not the exercise itself but rather having the motivation to exercise. Most people won’t commit to a regular exercise schedule on their own, they need someone to guide them, push them and keep them accountable. I will be that person for you; I want to encourage you to make exercising part of your lifestyle and help you discover the amazing benefits of regular physical activity.
So whether you are looking for fitness sessions, yoga or a mix of the two, I want to help you stay motivated to stick to your training programme while making it as easy as possible to fit exercise into your busy schedule. I want to show you that exercise doesn’t have to be something that you dread, something that you grudgingly do because you have to. Exercise can be fun and exciting and a great way to relieve stress, improve your mood and help you stay in shape!
