Tamsin is a qualified Personal Trainer and exercise enthusiast. She has a passion for health and fitness and wants to use this passion to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. The aim is to motivate clients to achieve what they never thought would be possible.
I believe in maintaining a healthy body mind and spirit. Yoga has helped me in many areas of life and I would like to be able to share that with others whether it be just taking advantage of the health benefits of yoga practice or digging a little deeper into the mental and spiritual advantages. My classes are mainly hatha, vinyasa and yin.
