What is Yoga?

The word yoga means to unite or harmonise, this means that the activity of yoga involves working towards a level where the activities of the mind and body can function together harmoniously. Most exercises tend to focus on developing the superficial (close to the skin) muscles of the body and neglect flexibility training. Yoga, however, focuses on a system of exercises that aim to stretch, strengthen, tone and align the whole body. Yoga also goes beyond physical fitness and moves into mental fitness whereby it creates a state of mental calmness and emotional stability.

  • Sweat towel
  • Optional – block and strap

Monthly Yoga rate – R400

Drop-in rate  – R80 per class

There are no joining fees or contracts.

All fees are debited monthly. Your subscription will automatically be renewed each month. To cancel your subscription please provide us with 1 months notice.
