Yoga, focuses on a system of exercises that aim to stretch, strengthen, tone and align the whole body. It also goes beyond physical fitness and moves into mental fitness whereby it creates a state of mental calmness and emotional stability.

If you are looking to practice yoga and don’t want to join a group class but would still like the guidance of an experienced yogi, then these private sessions are perfect for you! I offer private sessions for individuals and small groups either in-person or via live video.

Whether you are new to the world of yoga or are more experienced, private sessions offer a lot of value as each session is designed to suit your needs and experience level. You will be guided by a professional yogi who will help you work towards improving your flexibility, balance and strength by helping you to learn, understand and master the yoga poses.

Everyone’s body is different which means that yoga will be different for each person. Private yoga sessions allow you to work at your own pace and to your own personal abilities; this also allows you to take time to work on your own unique needs and goals. I will guide you through each movement, pose and sequence and will help you break down the poses to better understand them or modify them to account for any injury or discomfort you may have.

I have been personally practicing yoga for the past 15 years and completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, India. The sessions I offer focus on a system of exercises aimed to stretch, strengthen, tone and align the whole body. The style of yoga is Vinyasa / Hatha and is aimed at all levels. You can expect a variety of stretching and strengthening yoga sequences that include standing flows and mat work.

I want to take what I have learnt and experienced in my own personal yoga journey to help you get started on your own journey.
