Private Yoga Sessions
Do you want to start practicing yoga but don’t want to join a group class? Don’t worry we offer private sessions in the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice at a time that best suits you!
Private sessions are designed to suit your needs and experience level. You will be guided by a professional yogi who will help you work towards improving your flexibility, balance and strength by helping you to learn, understand and master the yoga poses.
Everyone’s body is different which means that yoga will be different for each person. Private yoga sessions allow you to work at your own pace and to your own personal abilities; this also allows you to take time to work on your own unique needs and goals. Your instructor will guide you through each movement, pose and sequence and will help you break down the poses or modify them to account for any injury or discomfort you may have.
Looking for something private but don’t want to do it alone? Get your friends or family to join you, we offer private classes for small groups too.
