What is Get-Fit?

Get-Fit! is the ultimate full body workout that will get you sweating and burning off those unwanted calories. These classes fuse cardio and strength training in a circuit-based format for a great full body workout that will help get you in shape and improve your overall fitness. Not only is exercise beneficial for losing weight and toning, but it is also a great way to relieve stress and improve your mood!

These classes offer a safe, effective and fun form of exercise that is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. They are designed to be fun and invigorating, so even on your worst day, you can still have a great workout. These classes cater for all levels of fitness and capabilities by offering easier/harder versions of each exercise are also demonstrated for those who are new to exercise or who find certain exercises too challenging. A number of different exercise techniques are used in order to ensure the classes are always different and don’t become boring.
