You will be required to fill in a form that provides us with the information that we need to create a workout plan that meets your needs and goals. Your workout plan will be delivered to you via our mobile app (you will be able to download the app from your app store) or you can access your account via your computers browser. Here you can access your workout plan, track your results and chat with your trainer. Notifications are sent to you to remind you what workouts you need to complete, so that you are always on track and stay committed to your training.
Every time you check-in on a workout, your trainer will be notified which means they will know if you have missed a workout. You will be able to track completed workouts, log body stats and add progress photos and sync your wearable data allowing you and your trainer to comprehensively track your results and progress.
You will be provided with videos that show how to correctly perform any exercise included in your plan. This is a great tool to use for assuring you are using correct form on each of your exercises to maximize results. You are also able to record a video of yourself performing an exercise and send it to your trainer. Your trainer will then be able to review your actual form as if they were actually there beside and provide you with feedback to ensure that you are properly performing the exercises.
