TAM Fitness is mobile fitness company which means that we take the hassle out of exercising by bringing the gym to you! Our aim is to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

We know how busy life can get and understand how it becomes difficult to try and fit in time to go to the gym. Maybe you have children which makes it difficult to get away from the house or maybe the only time you have open for exercise is when it is peak time at the gym and the crowds make you uncomfortable, maybe you do have the time to gym but you have no idea what to do once you get there or maybe you just need a little motivation to get you started on your fitness journey. If this sounds like you, then TAM Fitness is the place for you! We like to make exercising convenient for you! Forget about the busy gyms and trying to figure out what the scary looking machines do and let us bring the gym to you! We will send a fully qualified personal trainer to you who will help you get fit in the comfort and privacy of your own home, your trainer will even bring the equipment with them.

If group classes are more your style and you are looking for a great full body workout away from the gym environment then sign up for one of our group classes. Exercise doesn’t have to be something that you dread, something that you grudgingly do because you have to. Exercise can be fun and exciting and a great way to relieve stress and improve your mood.
