You will be getting a 2-hour introduction to yoga workshop and 4 beginner classes (to be attended within 30 days after attending the workshop) and a free yoga mat to help you get started on your yoga journey.
Our introductory yoga workshop is the perfect start to your yoga practice. This workshop is designed to outline the foundations and basic techniques of yoga practice for those who are new to yoga or who would like to reawaken their interest in practising yoga. This workshop will guide you through the basic techniques which will aid in developing your flexibility and strength as well as finding peace and harmony in the mind and body.
During this workshop we will be following a vinyasa style of yoga practice which will guide you through the synchronization of breath and movement and will be delivered in a slower, more informative manner in order to prepare you for further yoga practice.
What will I learn during this workshop?
This introduction to yoga will cover the following:
• Basic breathing techniques
• Warm up poses
• Sun salutations
• Standing poses
• Forward and back-bending poses
These techniques will help cultivate mobility, flexibility and strength and once you have completed the workshops you will be able to attend a yoga class with confidence.
